Job Description

Responsibilities

Product Management Executive

RM 2,800 – RM 4,500 per month

Role Description

A Product Management Executive works alongside Product Managers within a domain or sub-domain team, supporting the end-to-end development and improvement of products and features. You help turn research, customer insights, and business objectives into actionable product work by drafting requirements, coordinating delivery, and tracking outcomes in close partnership with a PM.

In this role, you act as a force-multiplier for the PM: you assist with discovery, documentation, and execution so the team can move faster and with greater clarity. You collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Support to ensure the team ships features that solve real customer problems and learns from every release.

This position is designed for entry-level talent and early-career professionals who want to learn the craft of product management by directly supporting a PM, with a clear path to grow into a Product Manager role over time.

Wait, Is This You?

We are hiring entry-level candidates and fresh graduates with a strong interest in product development, as well as anyone passionate about joining and contributing to the Product Development Team. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, proactive, and ready to grow into Product Management roles.

Did you graduate in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering... but lowkey dread writing code all day? You understand how software works, you can talk to developers without blanking out, but your real superpower is figuring out what to build, not how to build it.

No-code. No problem. This role isn't about shipping code, it's about shipping the right thing. If you're the person who always has an opinion on why an app feels broken, who sketches out better user flows on a napkin, or who can't stop asking "but why are we building this?"

You're exactly who we're looking for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Product Managers in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Design to clarify requirements and track feature delivery against sprint or release plans.
  • Perform basic functional testing and UAT, consolidating feedback from internal stakeholders and users.
  • Help prepare product release notes, internal FAQs, and training materials for operations, sales, and support teams.
  • Monitor product metrics, customer feedback, and support tickets to surface issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain product documentation, configuration references, and change logs to keep the team and stakeholders aligned.
  • Support initiatives that enhance customer experience and reduce operational friction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in Product Management or related fields (Business Analyst, UI/UX, Product Marketing).
  • Strong interest in SaaS, tech products, and user-centric problem-solving.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development concepts.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiar with AI tools and AI automation as part of your everyday workflow, a plus, not a requirement.
  • CSPO, PSPO, or similar certifications are a plus, not mandatory.

Personality & Culture Fit

We don't do vague here. No "team player" buzzwords. Here's what we actually mean:

  • You say what you mean. You communicate directly and clearly, no beating around the bush, no waiting for someone else to raise the issue. If something's broken, you say it. If you disagree, you say it respectfully but confidently.
  • You do what's right, not just what's easy. If you know a better way, you speak up. You act on conviction, not just instruction.
  • You push through, not around. When you hit a wall, your first instinct isn't to escalate or avoid, it's to figure it out, rope in the right people, and move forward. You break through blockers.
  • You're annoyingly curious. You ask "why" more than most people are comfortable with. You want to understand the problem before jumping to solutions.
  • You own your work. Not just the wins. You follow through, close the loop, and don't let things fall through the cracks.
  • You're outspoken but thoughtful. You have opinions and you share them. You're not the type to stay quiet in a room full of senior people when you have something valuable to add.
  • You care about the customer genuinely, not just as a talking point. You lose sleep over bad UX and clunky flows.

If you thrive in structured chaos, love shipping things that actually matter, and want to grow fast under the mentorship of experienced PMs, this is your seat.

Career Progression

We grow our PMs from within, and if you prove yourself here, the path to Product Manager is real and fast-tracked.

  • You're ready to level up when you can show:
  • You think in outcomes, not just tasks
  • You own work end-to-end, from discovery to post-launch
  • Your documentation is clear enough that developers can build from it without you in the room
  • You've built genuine trust with Engineering and Design
  • You surface insights from data, not just the numbers themselves
  • You communicate confidently to teammates, stakeholders, and leadership alike
  • You've taken on responsibilities beyond your job scope because you saw a gap and filled it

Timeline is merit-based, not tenure-based. Earn it and you'll get real product ownership and a seat at the table.
