Responsibilities:

• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and assessments
• Approaching potential candidates through both active and passive ways to find employees that perfect match for the company's long-term goals
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using tracker
• Scheduling physical or virtual interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers
• Coordination with the hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Sourcing potential candidates through job portal
• Keep in touch with candidates with updates regular and following up documentations required during the requirement process

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Human Resource/Business Administration or any related field
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
