About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and emerging AI-driven HR practices. You will work closely with the TA team to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience through both operational support and innovative tools.


Key Responsibilities


AI & Process Enhancement Exposure:

  • Utilize AI-powered HR tools (e.g., resume screening, outreach automation, scheduling tools) to improve recruitment efficiency
  • Support the TA team in exploring and implementing AI-driven workflows (e.g., chatbot communication, candidate tracking automation)
  • Assist in basic “vibe coding” tasks such as using no-code/low-code tools, prompt-based automation, or simple scripting to optimize hiring processes
  • Support dashboard automation , conduct data clearance and maintain data clearance
  • Contribute to TA process improvement initiatives (automation, templates, workflow optimization)


Talent Acquistion

  • Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, campus channels, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements
  • Support the execution of online/offline assessments and hiring processes
  • Support TA projects such as market mapping, talent research, and data cleaning
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Scientist
  • Available for min 4 month intership, ideally 6 months internship (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
