·        Handle and manage litigation matters, including civil, commercial, and corporate disputes.

·        Draft and prepare cause papers, pleadings, submissions, and other related legal documents.

·        Conduct legal research and provide sound legal opinions.

·        Attend court hearings, case management, and trials.

·        Liaise with clients, counsel, and relevant authorities professionally and effectively.

·        Assist partners in case preparation and case strategy discussions.

·        Manage case files and ensure timely progress of matters.

·        LL.B Degree and admission to the Malaysian Bar.

·        2–4 years of PQE in litigation practice (corporate banking litigation or general litigation).

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
