My client is one of the leading providers in wire harness and cable harness solutions, and they are currently expanding their team. They are looking for a detail-oriented and cost-driven Quoting Specialist to support quotation activities and ensure accurate costing and pricing proposals for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quotation for the sales team and customer
• Evaluate RFQ requirements and conduct material cost sourcing and compilation,
• ensuring accurate and competitive costing proposals.
• Apply appropriate cost analysis techniques to determine and present the most optimal material cost solutions to the Sales Team.
• Work with the Engineering Team to review and resolve technical queries arising during RFQ and New Product Introduction (NPI) stages.
• Communicate and provide timely feedback to customers on RFQ and NPI-related issues, ensuring alignment and clarity on technical and costing matters.
• Release finalized material cost information to the Procurement Team to support NPI builds and mass production requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering field
• Cost-driven approach in evaluating material selection and pricing
• At least 3 years of experience Electronics, Machinery Manufacturing industry
• Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with management in China
