Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Interior Designer based in Georgetown, however we are accepting outstation applicants who are willing to work from home. The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and designing interior spaces to meet client needs and expectations. Daily tasks include creating space layouts, developing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects and contractors to deliver cohesive designs. The role also involves consulting with clients to understand their requirements and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.


Responsibilities

  • Develop design concepts and space planning proposals for office environments
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and present design ideas
  • Prepare design drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure designs are practical and within budget
  • Conduct site visits and measurements when required
  • Keep up with furniture and interior design trends


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates with are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design
