Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Singapore River, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home days. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify growth opportunities within the region. Core responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing a team to achieve targets, analyzing regional market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves reporting on performance metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic planning, market research, and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Team leadership experience, including mentoring and managing sales teams to achieve goals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions and team meetings
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools relevant to sales management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the energy, oil, and gas industry is highly advantageous
