Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Penang, Malaysia, for an Accounts & HR Manager. The role involves managing the day-to-day operational aspects of both the finance and human resource departments. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, taxation, and payroll processing. Additionally, the role encompasses HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, compliance with local labor regulations, and implementing workplace policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Payroll Processing, Taxation, and Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Knowledge of HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations
• Familiarity with Labor Laws, Workplace Policies, and Compliance
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and HR management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience or knowledge of the AIDC industry is an added advantage

Accounting Department :

• directly report to Company Directors
• you will have 2 Accounts Executive assisting you for accounting related matters
• a good inter-departmental communication skills is highly expected among all HODs
