Role Description

The Office Administrator will play a critical role in supporting Ebibca's objectives and engaging with stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with team members to execute sales and initiatives, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering reports to update leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized paperwork, coordinating logistics, and being the key link between our team and customers. This is a full-time position based in Georgetown, however we are accepting outstation applicants who are willing to work from home full-time.


Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative paperwork including quotations, delivery orders, and invoices
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with customers on delivery arrangements
  • Provide sales support by preparing quotes and following up on orders
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Assist with general office duties as needed


Qualifications

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage for liaising with certain stakeholders) for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (Powerpoint, Excel & Word) is a plus
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
