Job Details

 

  • Contacting customers and explaining the benefits and advantages of car / motorcycle insurance renewal services within the company
  • Using scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and presenting its benefits to customers
  • Convince customers to purchase by explaining how insurance services at the company to meet customer needs
  • Preparing and sending vehicle insurance quotes to customers via email
  • Recording customer personal information accurately in the computer system
  • Answering incoming calls and reading and replying to emails from customers prudently
  • Keeping call and sales records as well as user information records for future reference
  • Obtaining information on potential new customers from time to time for the purpose of increasing the achievement of monthly sales targets


Requirements and Skills required

 

  • Minimum Qualifications SPM, Diploma and Degree
  • Proficient in using computers and electronic requirements in work
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in negotiating with customers and handling complaints well
  • Patient and able to handle customers effectively
  • Training will be provided.
