Job Description
Process inpatient and outpatient medication orders, including prescription entry, packing, and labeling in line with policies and SOPs.
Assist in medication reconciliation by counting and sorting patients’ own medicines.
Monitor and maintain drug inventory, including weekly cycle count reconciliation, and tracking & reporting stock-out situations
Ensure proper stock storage and organization following First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and required storage conditions.
Replenish ward stock via Omnicell systems (inpatient setting).
Support repackaging and pre-packing of medicines for daily operations.
Receive and verify incoming stock deliveries.
Perform other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by the Section In-Charge.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a minimum of GCE ‘O’ Level certification, ITE qualification, or a Diploma in a relevant field.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and a proactive approach in identifying and resolving issues.
A cooperative and reliable team player
Possesses strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately and thoroughly.
