Core Responsibilities

• Production Management: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure targets are met for output, quality, and cost.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize waste and increase efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S) standards and environmental regulations.
• Resource Allocation: Manage staff, inventory, raw materials, and maintenance of machinery.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Manage operational budgets and analyze production KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to inform decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate production teams to foster a culture of quality and performance.
