About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to join our luxury retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality garment alterations and ensuring each piece meets the brand’s impeccable standards. You will play a key part in enhancing the client experience by providing precise fittings and personalized tailoring services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality alterations, repairs, and adjustments on luxury garments (e.g., suits, dresses, and ready-to-wear collections)
• Conduct fittings with clients, ensuring accuracy, comfort, and satisfaction
• Provide professional advice on garment adjustments and styling
• Maintain garment integrity while altering delicate and premium fabrics
• Work closely with the sales team to support client needs and timelines
• Ensure all tailoring work is completed within agreed deadlines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tailoring workspace

Requirements

• Proven experience as a tailor, preferably in luxury retail or high-end fashion
• Strong technical skills in sewing, cutting, and garment construction
• Knowledge of different fabrics, patterns, and garment structures
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Professional, customer-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with luxury or designer brands
• Formal training in tailoring, fashion design, or garment construction
• Ability to handle bespoke or made-to-measure garments
