• Drive the implementation of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) strategies throughout design, construction, and handover stages, ensuring alignment with corporate digital transformation objectives and industry standards.
• Manage and coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) efforts across consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring consistent use of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and adherence to the BIM Execution Plan.
• Develop automation scripts and tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python) to enhance BIM workflows and data handling efficiency; customize dashboards and digital construction tools to suit specific project needs.
• Collaborate with IT and digital teams to integrate APIs and data platforms as required.
• Support project teams in the adoption of digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Synchro for tasks like clash detection, 4D scheduling, and data validation.
• Conduct training sessions and onboarding programs for internal staff and external stakeholders on IDD tools and processes; serve as the primary liaison for IDD coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor digital implementation progress, generate performance and compliance reports, and identify areas for improvement or innovation in digital project delivery.
• Support capability building by mentoring stakeholders in the use of digital tools, sourcing relevant external training, and assessing organizational learning needs related to digital technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Tier 2 Digital Delivery Management (IDD) Accreditation
