- Develop, maintain, and manage BIM models for architectural and structural works.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary models to detect and resolve clashes using tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, protocols, and deliverables.
- Support design and construction teams with 3D models, visualizations, and drawings.
- Assist in preparing shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and construction sequencing models.
- Facilitate model coordination meetings and track design revisions.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to integrate BIM into project workflows.
- Provide guidance and basic training to project team members on BIM processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
