Work Location: Tuas
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities.
- Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.
- Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines.
- Manage and support warehouse assistants ensuring they are trained and adhering to company policies.
- Plan warehouse operations.
- Prepare inventory reports and participate in stock count.
- Attending customer KPI meetings.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 3PL background and possess a forklift license will be advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years in warehousing & supervisory experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with operations teams and clients.
- Excellent in managing clients’ expectations.
- Able to commence immediately or on short notice is preferred.
- Comfortable for working additional hours (OT), occasional shift flexibility needed.
- Able to work on rotating night shift.
