Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects in line with approved scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project performance and ensure timely delivery of milestones
2. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Engage and coordinate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Engineering, Facilities, HSSE, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal
- Facilitate alignment across departments to ensure smooth project implementation
3. Contract & Contractor Management
- Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and technical specifications
- Evaluate contractor submissions, progress reports, and work schedules
- Manage variations, claims, and contract-related matters.
4. Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
5. External Liaison & Approvals
- Liaise with consultants, vendors, authorities, and third-party stakeholders
- Facilitate approvals, inspections, and regulatory compliance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent)
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project management, infrastructure, or construction
- Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects
- Experience in port, logistics, or industrial environments is an added advantage
