MYFutureJobs are currently assisting CP System Integrator Sdn Bhd in searching for a high-caliber professional to lead their after-sales and maintenance operations for critical power systems.

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager specialized in Diesel Generator systems and electrical infrastructure to ensure the high reliability and uptime required by Tier-level data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a regional team of Service Engineers and Technicians to ensure safe and high-quality service delivery.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as troubleshooting for diesel generator systems.
• Strategic Growth: Prepare and submit technical proposals and service tenders for EPC contractors and data center operators.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all maintenance practices align with safety procedures, OEM guidelines, and service standards.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers and consultants through technical clarification meetings.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor service KPIs and implement improvements in response times and reliability performance.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in diesel generator service or critical power environments.
• Industry Focus: Proven experience working with data centers or mission-critical facilities is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of generator synchronization, ATS, Low/Medium Voltage switchgear, and control systems such as ComAp, DeepSea, or Woodward.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, client management, and the ability to manage multiple field teams across different sites.
