About the Role
We are looking for a hungry, results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for initiating conversations via phone, social media, and other creative channels to secure qualified meetings for our sales team.

Your Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume outreach via cold calling, email, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.).
Lead Management: Qualify prospects to ensure they meet our criteria before scheduling appointments.
Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules to ensure a smooth handoff to our sales executives.
Creative Growth: Proactively research and test new methods to generate leads and appointments.
CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM.
Compensation & Incentives
Incentive Structure: Uncapped commission based on booked appointments and/or "show" rates.
Bonuses: Monthly performance bonuses for top performers.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, high-energy attitude.
Self-starter mindset—you don’t wait for leads to come to you; you go out and find them.
Proficiency with CRM software and social media platforms.
