Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide sales support for customers.
Manage daily air and ocean freight requests (import/export), including creating detailed quotations for projects and cross-trade.
Address inquiries for customers
Respond to international requests and provide quotations as needed.
Support Managers and Operations in overseeing customer service and sales assistance.
Requirements
Min 2 years of experience in handling Airfreight and/ or Ocean freight.
Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin language, to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
Excellent knowledge of logistics, including import, export, and cross-trade.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
