Frontline Retail Associate – Luxury Garment Care (Premium Brand)
We are a leading luxury garment care specialist, trusted by high-net-worth clients and international maisons. We are expanding our Retail Team and looking for confident, service-driven individuals to represent our brand. If you enjoy working in a premium retail environment and interacting with discerning customers — this role is for you. Be the face behind Singapore’s finest luxury garment care!
Work Schedule (Retail Hours)
Monthly roster provided in advance
Overtime payable for hours above 44 hours per week.
Salary & Benefits
Salary up to $3500
Overtime pay
13th Month AWS
Performance incentives
Annual leave & medical benefits (in accordance with MOM guidelines)
Structured training provided

What You’ll Be Doing
Assist customers with garment drop-off & collection
Provide professional advice on luxury garment care
Handle cashiering & payment transactions accurately
Manage bookings and enquiries through our system
Ensure careful handling of high-value garments
Manage solo shift confidently when required
Who We’re Looking For
Singaporeans & PR only
Service-oriented with polished communication skills
Honest, dependable & detail-focused
Comfortable engaging with premium clientele
Retail or service experience is an advantage (training provided)
Able to work weekends & Public Holidays
Locations: Multiple retail outlets across Singapore
