Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager based in Kapar. The Production Manager will oversee daily production activities, manage and supervise production teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and work on optimizing production processes to improve efficiency. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with logistics, maintaining inventory controls, and ensuring that production schedules and deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in production management, scheduling, and process optimization.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise production teams effectively, including assigning tasks and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with safety and quality compliance standards in manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency in inventory management and logistics coordination to ensure seamless production and delivery processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the oleochemical or chemical manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
