Operation Assistant | Metal Recycling

• Office Location: Pioneer Singapore
• Work Location: Warehouse
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 7.15am – 4pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $2200 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Order & Documentation – Process paperwork, data entry, and filing to support warehouse operations.

• Goods Handling – Assist in receiving, verifying, and acknowledging incoming goods.

• Inventory Support – Help maintain accurate stock records, PPE inventory, and retrieval duties.

• Logistics Coordination – Liaise with transport companies, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely collections and deliveries.

• Safety & Compliance – Support warehouse operations in meeting health, safety, and security standards.

• Team Assistance – Work closely with supervisors and staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse environment
• Possessed valid forklift license
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
