Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of heavy vehicle parks to ensure smooth running and operational efficiency.
• Respond to customer and sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to check on cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers to address maintenance or operational needs.
• Monitor park usage, occupancy, and performance to support planning and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and initiatives to enhance service quality and park efficiency.
