Basic information:

Job scope:
Prepare and manage production documentation including job orders, checklists, reports, and daily logs.
Accurately input production data into ERP or internal tracking systems.
Maintain organized and up-to-date production records and files.
Assist in developing daily and weekly production plans.
Coordinate job orders with production, warehouse, and quality teams.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
Update inventory records for raw materials and finished products.
Support the production team in tracking material consumption and stock levels.
Liaise with warehouse for material requests and stock replenishment.
Serve as a communication link between production and other departments such as purchasing, quality, and planning.
Report production status, delays, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
Provide administrative assistance during audits, meetings, and safety checks.
Prepare various operational reports including production summaries and downtime logs.
Handle filing, scheduling, printing, and other administrative duties.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and 5S workplace organization.
