Requirements

  • You're the kind of person who walks into a cold room and makes it warm — you create rapport, you don't wait for it
  • 2–4 years in account management, client servicing, or business development — agency, events, PR, or hospitality background preferred
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin — written and spoken
  • When a client says "we need something nice for our event," you hear a brief — you think in outcomes, not tasks
  • Fast enough that clients never chase you, organised enough that nothing falls through the cracks
  • Culturally aware — you know brands, follow industries, and are comfortable in a room with a luxury brand director or a GLC head
  • You care about the quality of everything that goes out — the way an email reads, the way a proposal looks, the impression a client walks away with
  • Degree not required — the right track record and character matter more

Responsibilities

We work with Google, Clarins, Petronas, Cartier, and Mercedes-Benz. Not because we have the biggest catalogue. Because we think differently about gifts.

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive who owns client relationships the way a founder would. You'll be the face clients trust, the one who anticipates what they need before they ask, and the one who keeps deals moving without being told.

Base is RM4,000–5,000. There's commission on top. The right person earns significantly more.

Responsibilities

  • Reactivate dormant client accounts through proactive outreach, relationship rebuilding, and well-timed proposals
  • Serve as the single point of contact for your assigned client portfolio — from first conversation through to delivery
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices for your own accounts
  • Get the brief right — understand event, timeline, budget, quantity, audience, and purpose before anything else
  • Translate internal production updates into proactive, clear communication to clients — they should never have to chase you
  • Grow account revenue through repeat orders, upselling, and seasonal outreach
  • Track outstanding payments and follow up persistently
  • Maintain your pipeline in our CRM daily and submit a weekly deal report to the founder
  • Assist the founder on high-value pitches and client presentations
