Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and responsible Receptionist to join our TCM wellness centre in Bugis. You will manage appointments, handle front desk operations, assist therapists, and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers professionally to create a positive first impression
• Manage appointment bookings and respond to customer enquiries via phone and WhatsApp promptly
• Perform cashiering duties and manage daily front desk operations accurately
• Assist therapists by coordinating schedules and supporting smooth outlet operations
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure a comfortable environment for customers
• Communicate clearly with customers to provide excellent service and resolve issues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Customer service experience to enhance customer interactions
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse customers
• Basic computer and administrative skills to manage bookings and front desk tasks efficiently
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays to support business needs
