Responsibilities
BASIC + AWS + VB
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, servicing, and on-site repair of bathroom products.
Conduct on-site technical training for contractors/ plumbers on product installation.
Timely testing and commissioning of installed bathroom products for project handovers.
Documentation of service work and project status for tracking purposes.
Reporting of defective products to HQ.
Supporting after-sales service and attending to client service requests, including urgent cases outside normal working hours (evening/ weekends)
Requirements:
1 year experience in related industry (plumbing, sanitary fixtures etc.)
Willing to be on standby for urgent service request outside of normal working hours.
Class 3 driving license is preferred.
