The Role

Own the region, grow the market - here's what you'll be doing:

• Identify and develop new market opportunities across domestic and international territories
• Grow and manage a portfolio of customers while nurturing long-term relationships with existing accounts
• Deliver compelling product presentations and support customers with tailored solutions
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies as part of the broader market development plan
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer requirements
• Drive achievement of personal and team sales targets to grow overall market share
• Plan and implement customer relations programmes and provide regular management reporting

What We're Looking For

A results-oriented, commercially aware sales professional ready to grow regionally:

• 5+ years of sales and marketing experience with a strong track record of achieving targets
• Experience in aluminium, metal products, or related industrial materials - particularly in overseas markets - is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a bonus
• Creative thinker with strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel domestically and overseas
