JOB PRINCIPLE

We are looking for experienced and proactive Senior HR to manage and support daily HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage recruitment and onboarding process
• Handle employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll coordination, leave and attendance management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Organize employee engagement and training activities
• Prepare HR reports and provide HR support to management
• Assist in improving HR processes and initiatives

FULL REEQUITMENT

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential matters professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
