SWM Environment Hiring! Full Time HR Executive (Training) in Melaka, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct New Employee Orientation program.
• Plan STARS and Driver Training in accordance with monthly training performance indicator; facilitate STARS training for PRA and perform evaluation on the knowledge and skills transferred.
• Collaborate with Supervisors to complete on the job training and certification for PRAs through level 3 training evaluation.
• Monitor Drivers’ and PRAs training progress; take measures on accident cases or occupational safety issues that can be rectified by training solutions.
• Prepare written learning and instructional materials and update training videos with new content to facilitate Drivers and PRAs training.
• Organize and coordinate training courses in accordance to the yearly training plan; promote training and development activities to ensure the training plan is materialized.
• Administrate training request to cater for training needs on an ad hoc basis.
• Ensure employees’ training records are up to date on a monthly basis and maintain controlled document related to training accordingly.
• Compile training performance indicators and update in monthly report.
• Facilitate training needs identification process which serves as the baseline to formulate training budget and training plan.
• Undertake assignment of training and talent development initiatives in the organization which include to coordinate the Management Trainee Program (MTP), SLDN Program and others relevant programs.
• Spearhead training programs initiated by HQ and ensure smooth execution at the regional level.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as may be arranged from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Plan and execute training and development activities at state level.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources development, business administration or other relevant studies.
• A team player with interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Proactive and self-directed character.
• Good problem-solving skill with passion to train.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
