Job Responsibilities:

1. Bank Soliciting

• Prepare and submit loan applications, financial projections, and required documentation to financiers.
• Conduct financial due diligence for loan applications and refinancing opportunities.

2. Facility Management

• Oversee and manage Sukuk issuance and reporting, ensuring compliance with trustee and rating agency requirements
• Monitor and manage existing loans, including interest calculation, repayment scheduling, and compliance reporting.
• Prepare and manage drawdown requests, including submission of required documentation to financiers/trustees and ensuring timely disbursement of funds
• Monitor fund utilization to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, loan covenants, and Sukuk requirements.

3. Liquidity Management

• Manage placement of surplus/floating cash into Fixed Deposits (FD) and Money Market instruments to optimize yield while maintaining liquidity.
• Monitor daily cash positions to identify short-term surplus funds available for placement.
• Prepare periodic yield performance reports and recommend strategies to enhance treasury returns.

4. Document Controller & Tender Submission Support

• Liaise with CoSec, auditors, and bankers to obtain Certified True Copies (CTC) of financial documents.
• Compile and coordinate financial and statutory documents for tender submissions.
• Support preparation of financial sections and form filling for submission to external parties.

5. Banking matter

• Liase with bank for account opening, account closing, accounts linkage and user maintenance
• Attend to any issue/matter related to banking services.

Job Requirements:

Education / Qualification:

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline.

Experience:

• Fresh graduate or 1 year experience

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of business models, business terminology, and corporate structures.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external stakeholders.
• Ability to read and understand financial statements is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in financial software is an added advantage.
