Responsibilities:

• Update daily delivery schedules.
• Maintain delivery records and prepare shipping labels for outgoing goods.
• Prepare packing lists for customers with multiple sales orders.
• Record incoming shipment details daily for tracking purposes.
• File delivery and completed documents on a monthly basis.
• Assist with weekly transporter payment data entry.
• Check and update collection and billing records monthly.
• Maintain weekly records for shipment collection details.

Requirements:

• Must be pursuing Diploma/ Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain.
• Have basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Preferably final year students.
• Internship duration: 3 - 6 months.
• Willing to work in Kuching.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
