Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with high volume patrons to accomplish growth and company objectives.
• Measure, track and analyze key account metrics. Ensure Rooms availability in assigned portfolio, assess why churn occurs, engage with patrons to educate them around the solutions OYO provides and act as a support function for patrons.
• Growing company's revenue by ensuring Winback of properties which have gone in sold-out and aligning patrons to opt in for the various value added services that will impact their overall revenue.
• Manage multiple patrons and suggest solutions that answer patron’s needs and wants. Negotiate contracts and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each patron's goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business development/Sales & Marketing.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good with numbers.
• Tech savvy and quick problem solver.
• Knowledge in maintaining relationships with Stakeholder/Owners.
• Able to speak Mandarin' is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
