Key Responsibilities

Active Directory & Infrastructure

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory environments
• Perform Active Directory migration, consolidation, and upgrade projects
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server services
• Design and implement AD security best practices
• Perform health checks, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning
• Support hybrid infrastructure integration between on-premise and cloud environments

Microsoft 365 / Exchange

• Plan and execute Microsoft Exchange to Microsoft 365 (O365) migration projects
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Configure mail flow, connectors, security policies, and identity synchronization
• Troubleshoot email delivery, authentication, and migration-related issues
• Support hybrid Exchange deployments

Windows Server Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments
• Manage Hyper-V virtualization environments
• Perform patch management, backup monitoring, and system hardening
• Troubleshoot server, OS, and application issues
• Maintain high availability and system uptime for customer environments

Microsoft Azure

• Deploy and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure services
• Configure Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, VPN, and storage services
• Manage Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity integration
• Support Azure migration and cloud adoption projects
• Monitor and optimize Azure resources and performance

Project & Support

• Participate in project implementation, migration, and deployment activities
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, and reports
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers
• Work closely with project managers, customers, and vendors
• Participate in after-hours maintenance activities when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Microsoft infrastructure environment
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
• Exchange Server & Microsoft 365 migration
• Azure administration
• DNS, DHCP, GPO
• Hyper-V virtualization
• Experience in migration projects is highly preferred
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
• MCSE / MCSA (preferred)

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
