Ominent Hiring! Full Time Senior Production Engineer in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 6,000 - Ricebowl

Main Task and Accountabilities:

• Lead the identification, design, and implementation of new manufacturing processes to ensure cost-effective integration of new products and continuous improvement of existing operations.
• Ensure all production documentation is maintained and updated in compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards.
• Oversee production planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities while ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
• Lead and monitor quality control initiatives to ensure product excellence, regulatory compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant production environment aligned with safety and operational standards.
• Diagnose root causes of production breakdowns (including human error), implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure operational stability
• Execute LEAN Manufacturing techniques and designs which consists of :-
• Developing Smooth One-Piece Work Standard Flow and Line Balancing for maximising Productivity and Waste reduction within Manufacturing Operation.
• Improve Production Quality and Efficiency by Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control.
• Plan, execute and manage projects to complete through product continuous improvement.
• Implementing 5S System to organize the Workplace
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, R&D, Logistic and Warehouse for Annual KAIZEN / Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) proposals and implementations.
• Organize and manage Inventories, Kanban, JIT deliveries and WIP utilizing ERP system.
• Drive Continuous Improvement culture and insure changes are permanent

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Production, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge in mathematics, electronics, electrical systems, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Lean tools is an added advantage.
