• To prepare monthly main claim and submit to the client
• To carry out site valuation / site measurement for Main Claim and Sub-Contractor claim.
• Request all the quotation required and identified all the scope fulfilled with the project requirement.
• Preparation of work order
• Responsible for measurement and taking-off quantities.
• Reporting to Superior /Head of Department in any project costing related matters.
• Carry out all task assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma / Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering / Contract Management or equivalent
• At least minimum 3 years working experience with construction industry.
• Willing to work in Pendang Kedah
• Candidates must posses Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
