• Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties.
• Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
• Coordinates with R&D to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to their request.
• Drive concurrent engineering activities to ensure product design requirements align with manufacturing requirements.
• Utilize DFM methodology to provide critical analysis of manufacturing processes and generate improvement actions.
• Develop supplier to provide best in class manufacturing processes to support New Product manufacturing requirements.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and optimization of new product manufacturing process.
• Continuously develop and seek new process breakthroughs that improve quality, productivity and cost.
• Familiar with best practices in mechanical assembly and assembly jig / fixture design
• Drive systemic improvement to have break thought in processing method.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Egineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
