WORK DETAILS

• Basic Salary : RM1700
• EPF & SOCSO Deductions
• Allowances
• Training provided
• Activations (Full Month)

15 Activations and above: RM2,000

11 – 14 Activations: RM1,400

7 – 10 Activations: RM1,000

3 – 6 Activations: RM450

• 5 days work week with 2 days off
• Only 1 day in office per week located in Bukit Jalil; the rest can be done remotely or flexibly
• Flexible arrangements to support productivity and work-life balance

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM
• Experience in service-related industries
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Familiarity with the local area of operation
• High innovation, creativity, passion, and curiosity to learn
• Has own social media account
• Comfortable and confident to speak in front of camera, with engaging presentation skills

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead generation & sales: Host live streaming sessions on your social media platforms to promote services. Engage with viewers in real-time, present offerings in your own unique style, and drive new subscriptions while upselling and cross-selling to achieve activation targets.
• Sales activities: Focus on online sales initiatives including live hosting, social media engagement, and digital campaigns. Create interactive and compelling content to attract audiences and convert viewers into customers.
• Leads management: Capture and manage customer leads from live sessions and online platforms. Ensure accurate entry into the sales system and follow up promptly to maximize conversions.
• Customer experience: Deliver a positive and engaging experience by responding quickly to inquiries during live sessions and maintaining strong customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Sales compliance: Adhere to all company procedures and booking policies.
• Innovativeness: Continuously improve hosting skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Stay ahead of digital trends to consistently achieve activation targets.
