Duties and Responsibilities include the following

1) Maintenance

a) Appointment of vendors

b) Monitoring of vehicle repair status to achieve the turnaround target

c) Credit facility monitoring for all vendors

d) Coordinate vehicle service and repair appointment with various vendors

e) Process PR, PO and invoices for repair transaction

f) Control daily operation for vehicles in and out from workshop

2) Logistic

a) Perform stock count on daily basis

b) Update the movement of replacement vehicles

c) Ensuring vehicle exchange with customer for service, repair as well as PUSPAKOM inspection done according to SOP

d) Achieve minimum score for Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSI)

e) Monitor number of Come Back Job (CBJ) and to reduce no of CBJ

f) Monitor Vehicle directory and ensuring it is up to date according to make and model

g) Monitor monthly inspection for PUSPAKOM and also valid road tax

h) Ensuring replacement vehicle is sufficient and in good condition

3) ERT

a) Ensure all breakdowns are attended accordingly

b) Monitor vehicle sent to workshop accordingly

4) PDI

a) Ensure all replacement vehicle and customer’s vehicle went for proper PDI

b) Monitor daily target for PDI is up to target

5) Others

a) Daily and monthly report

b) Re-fleeting for replacement vehicle

Requirements

· Strong business acumen and experience in automotive industry would be an added advantage

· Excellent written and verbal communication skill and the ability to communicate with all level of Sales Management in a professional and effective manner

· Critical thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strength and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

· Must possess good analytical, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills

· Monitoring – Monitoring/Assessing performance own, other individuals or organizations to make improvement or to take correction plans

· Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English

· Able to work independently as well as in a team

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
