Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Candidates with related working experience at construction site will be an added advantage
• Able to work with minimal supervision, fast learner, self-starter, have a good sense of responsibilities
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated to complete task
• Have problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Independent and a team player
• Computer skill in AutoCAD & MS Office will be an advantage
• Willing to work at multiple location / sites

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare submission of material in compliance with the project’s requirement on all aspects of design, including criteria, detailed design, term of construction and contract procedures.
• Check and coordinate shop drawings and materials submissions.
• Involved in preparation of processing checklist (the checklist is for quality control plan).
• Assist Project Manager or Technical Manager on technical demonstration, excellence of technical quality data collection.
• To ensure accurately and timely technical submission and progress report submission to the client and consultant.
• To alert and assist Project Head on the contractual matter and compile the relevant technical and site documents accordingly.
• Participation in quality issue investigation, responsible for project quality issue corrective and preventive action, also responsible to compute the list for the item which failed in quality checking.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project members to provide assistance and technical support
• Prepare progress reports by collecting and summarizing information
• Proficient in technical proposal / method statement writing.
• Maintain control of all project documentation.
• To monitor and control all the forms & document as per standard requirements of site QAQC works.
• To prepare the monthly site QAQC report and present to the site meeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
