Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with standards such as ISO 9001.
• Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits (customer, certification bodies).
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure closure.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections and testing.
• Ensure raw materials and finished goods meet required specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation of test results and quality records.
• Handle non-conforming products and recommend disposition actions.
• Handle customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis.
• Work with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
• Evaluate supplier quality performance and participate in supplier audits.
• Analyze quality data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across departments.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in Quality Field and /or Quality Management System preferable in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in quality audit and internal audit within the management system is added advantage.
• Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Independent self-starter, able to interact with all levels of personnel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
