Job Description

Responsibilities

Position Title : HR cum Admin Officer

Salary : RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 per month

Working Location : Taman Nusa Bestari, Skudai

Working Hours :

  • 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
  • 8:30am to 1:00pm (Saturday - Alternate)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Assist in monthly payroll and statutory contribution;
  • To prepare, administer and updating records of administration work such as preparation of letter, employment contract, resigned administration, employees’ job confirmation, promotion, contract renewal & foreign worker permit;
  • Carry out employee performance evaluation or the appraisal of employee work results on staff confirmation, yearly appraisals or on a periodic basis.
  • Responsible to manage employee conflicts, provide counselling to employee, hearing and resolving employee grievances and employee disciplinary issues.
  • Prepare the report relative with HR policies such as overtime report, headcount report, payroll, yearly bonus, annual salary review and etc.
  • Maintain personnel and leave and claim records, and filing;
  • Perform full spectrum of recruitment functions including candidate sourcing, interview arrangements and hiring procedures;
  • Liaison with recruitment firm or newspaper agent for publish the job vacancy classified ad
  • Responsible to monitor, re-check and key in the maintenance (motor Vehicle) record.
  • Responsible to arrange the inspection, purchase insurance and renew road tax.
  • Responsible to apply petrol card, in charge of company's mobile phone line tracking.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Admin, Business
  • Prefer candidate with 2 years' relevant experience in HR / admin.
  • Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment to meet deadlines and objectives.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
  • Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
