About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, energetic, and tech-savvy Live Streaming Assistant to be the backbone of our live selling team!
You’ll ensure every TikTok & Shopee Live session runs smoothly — from setup to post-show reporting — while supporting hosts in creating fun, engaging, and high-performing live streams.

Key Responsibilities

Live Stream Operations

• Schedule, train, and support live hosts according to available time slots.
• Monitor livestreams, track performance analytics, and provide insights to improve engagement and sales.
• Prepare and upload product listings (price, stock, vouchers).
• Support the host during live sessions — pin products, update discounts, reply to comments, and handle technical/product link issues.
• Brainstorm creative ideas to make livestreams more engaging and interactive.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure accurate presentation during live sessions.

Technical & Setup Support

• Assist in camera setup, lighting, and product display before the session.
• Ensure livestream software (OBS, TikTok Shop/Shopee Live tools) is running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Reporting & Administration

• Track and record live performance (viewers, engagement, sales).
• Update daily live reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve future sessions.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, TikTok/Shopee Live operations, or live broadcast.
• Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Interest and knowledge in hijab products is an added advantage.
• Tech-savvy with experience using TikTok Shop, Shopee, or OBS software.
• Willing to work nights and weekends as per live schedule.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
