Assist with general administrative duties, location based in or rotated between one of three BLOCK71 Singapore Centres within the Kent Ridge Campus (I-Cube Building), and/or Singapore Science Park 1 locations.
Front (reception) desk duties, office management, including handling incoming mails and deliveries, on-site (Seminar Rooms) pre-event set up and post-event duties.
Assist in liaising and coordinating with facilities team and vendors for maintenance and sanitation services.
Assist with procurement tasks such as ordering and restocking of stationery and pantry supplies.
Liaise and coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
Liaise with finance team to process monthly bills and invoices for the Centre and startups.
Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including document and database management.
Onboarding and orientation of new startups to ensure their smooth integration into the Centre, including monitoring startup activity and usage of space.
Provide general administrative assistance to the team, for program or events-related documentation, liaising, procurement, and finance processing.
Primarily in-office, 8.30am-6pm (5.30pm on Fridays), Monday to Friday.
This is an hourly-rated position.
Qualifications
Minimum Polytechnic Diploma with at least 1-2 years of working experience in similar capacity
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work independently
Proactive individual with a positive work attitude
Diligent, systematic, and organized
Attentive to details
Good knowledge in cost and quality control, resource planning and on-site operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiar with, or open to learning various Finance and Procurement systems and processes.
