Description
Manage daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and credit control activities
Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts
Liaise closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Partners, Fee Earners) to support collection strategies
Handle client queries regarding billing and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Conduct credit assessments and recommend appropriate credit limits or actions
Assist in enhancing and implementing credit control policies and procedures
Support month-end closing processes and provide AR analysis
Maintain accurate records in financial systems and ensure data integrity
Profile
Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable (professional services sector is an advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
