Finance Manager We are supporting a well‑established NGO in hiring a Finance Manager to oversee its full‑spectrum finance operations. Leading a team of five, this role will manage budgeting, financial governance, reporting, and compliance within a dynamic and multinational environment. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of five to deliver high‑quality finance operations and reporting
Oversee full sets of accounts, month‑end closing, and financial analysis
Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning processes
Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory and donor requirements
Coordinate audits, statutory filings, and external reporting to stakeholders
Partner with programme and cross‑functional teams to support financial planning and project monitoring
Drive process enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency and financial transparency across the organisation

Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines; professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA) preferred
Minimum 6-8 years of finance experience, ideally with exposure to NGOs, non‑profits, or social‑impact‑driven organisations
Proven experience leading and developing small finance teams
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, audit, and compliance requirements
Proficient in accounting systems and advanced Excel
Strong communication skills with experience working in multinational or cross‑cultural environments
Hands‑on, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
