Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall supervision and control of Front Desk operations
To ensure smooth operations and maximum yield and customer satisfactions accordingly to standards established by hotel
To maintain and control the room status and coordinate with other departments to ensure operations work smoothly
Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
4 years relevant experience with at least 1 year at supervisory level
Mature, independent, proactive, service-oriented and attentive to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
