Responsibilities
Primary Objectives
- To maintain close relationship with existing customers in order to increase wallet share of customers and to maximize business opportunities
- Provide sound advisory on wealth management and financial planning
- Manage customer expectations and provide excellent service at all times
- Create relationship management of existing Premier Banking customers in accordance with established standards
- Actively participate and support Premier Banking marketing activities for customers’ acquisition and retention
- Provide advisory and financial planning assistance to customers in terms of portfolio management
- Acquisition of new to Bank customers to increase our Premier base
- To ensure strict compliance to all standard SOPs set by the Bank
