About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Paid Dealer's Representative to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for executing futures and commodities trades for local and foreign markets, managing client portfolios, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and driving business growth in the futures and commodities segment.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing futures and commodities trades for local and foreign markets, managing client portfolios, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and driving business growth in the futures and commodities segment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Market, deal, and execute local and foreign futures and commodities trades.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by managing portfolios and providing regular market updates.
- Participate in branch-organised marketing and promotional activities to support smooth execution of events.
- Maintain and review customers’ records, including trading position limits, financial standing, and track records, to minimize contra losses and strengthen risk management within the team.
- Conduct branch futures workshops and events to promote futures and commodities products to new clients.
- Ensure all duties are carried out in compliance with rules and regulations set by the Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, and other relevant governing bodies.
- Degree or professional qualification in finance, business, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the futures and commodities market and industry regulations.
- Capital Markets and Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) for futures is an advantage.
